I managed production across multiple still life shoots in both New York and Madrid, overseeing projects from planning through execution. In New York, I led a multi-location production, coordinating vendors, crew, schedules, product logistics, and on-set operations to keep the shoot on schedule and support the creative vision. For the Madrid production, I partnered closely with the overseas production and photography teams to coordinate international sample shipments, manage logistics, and facilitate cross-functional communication, helping ensure a successful remote production despite the complexities of international shipping.
