I partnered with the lead producer to support the planning and execution of this on-figure campaign in California, overseeing key production logistics from pre-production through on-set execution. My responsibilities included coordinating talent travel, securing certificates of insurance (COIs), booking an animal handler, and managing vendor logistics to ensure all production requirements were in place. On set, I supported day-to-day production, working closely with the crew and creative teams to help keep the shoot running smoothly and on schedule.
